I am not clear for how we get 36 ATP total

we get 2NADH in glycolysis 4ATP
6NADH in creb cycle 18ATP
2FADH2 in creb cycle 4ATP
2NADH in pr. decarb 6ATP

My total comes up to 32 ATP where the other 4ATP are coming from?

Glycoloisis
2 ATP invested (steps 1 and 3) - 2 ATP
4 ATP generated ( steps 3 and 9) + 4 (substrate level)
2 NADH X 2 ATP/ NADH (step 5) +4

Decarboxylation

2 NADH x 3 ATP / NADH + 6 Only NADH in Citric A Cycle produces 3 ATP

Citric Acid Cycle

6 NADH X 3 +18
2 FADH2 X2 +4
2 GTP X1 +2

Total +36 ATP

Beef Jerky, there are 2 extra ATP made in Glycolisis and 2 GTP (like ATP) made in E transport directly.

What you need to remember is that you can make ATP directly, without oxidizing NADH or FADH2.
