I am facing following scenario:
'A 7 year old boy come in the emergency with generalized tonic clonic fits. He is suffering from fever , head ache and vomiting for three days and not passing urine since morning. He suffered from upper respiratory tract infection 15 days back. On examination, a pale child with generalized seizures having BP 165/115 mm hg and piting edema of the legs.
Urine C/T : Pus Cells 12 to 15 /hpf , RBC 65 - 70 /hpf , Albumin : Positive,
Renal Function Test are de ranged and bsr is 165 mg/dl.
What can be the possible diagnosis.
