If u a auscultate the right posterior chest and the "ee" sounds more like "ay." What is the diagnosis?

These type of questions are really hard for me, can anyone give me the breakdown?

The e--> a changes is called egophany. It is found in pneumoniae, or for that matter, consolidation.
