I am facing the following scenario:
A 10 year old male child presented with cough dyspnea , restlessness, sweating and pain in abdoman for last one day. On examination, his pulse is 110 / min , respiratory rate 5 / min, chest hyper expanded with reduced movement, resonant percussion note , reduced bi lateral air entry and wide spread expiratory ronchi.
What is the diagnosis for the above scenario.
