How long does the school reserve your seat for?
I'm supposed to send a deposit within 15 days, but I'm still waiting to hear back from some other schools.
Does anyone know what the admissions office will do if I don't respond for say...a month?

They may send you an email reminding you to send it. I think you can call them and ask for an extension though.

I know that if you don't respond after an extended period of time, some schools consider that you are not interested, and withdraw your offer of admission. Definitely contact the school and ask for an extension if you need more time.

i agree with migz. call and ask for an extension if you need it. most people reply to the schools within the 15 days though.

also, in some cases, the deposit is refundable up until april. so if you change your mind about the acceptance, you might still be able to get your money (this might depend on the school, so check first).
