So if a school accepts you and their policy is that you need to respond within 2 weeks, does that mean that:

A). You have to say yes/no within 2 weeks or your acceptance will be withdrawn?

B). You can tell the school that you are waiting for other acceptances and try to keep your acceptance there?

C). You pay a refundable deposit and say yes, but can retract your admission at a later date if you get accepted at another school?

D). All of the above

A little confused..

You can hold as many acceptances as you'd like until May 15th and yes, you do need to respond within the time frame. For the vast majority, you will have to put down a small deposit (~$100). After May 15th, you will only be able to hold onto 1 spot but as many waitlists as you'd like. If a school from a waitlist offers you a spot, you usually have a couple of days to pick between the two. Good luck!
