How long is the rest break halfway through the test? And are we allowed to bring purses in the testing room? I can't believe you start off the pcat with an essay and immediately after the break, another essay. What a way to slow ur brain down!!

Probably varies from site to site but should be about 10-15 min...

The OP is correct that the essays come first... So the order goes: essay, verbal, bio, chem... break... essay, reading, math

You can bring items into the room but not to your seat... all personal items will be dropped off to the side somewhere

When I took it, the break was 10-15 minutes. ALL personal items had to be left at the very back of the room except pencil, eraser, and watches. Dont bother wearing a hat or sunglasses. I'd just leave everything out in your car. The proctors were very, very strict about the rules.

1)15 minutes break
2)You are allowed to bring your purses, but you have to put them away from the desk.
3)Well, pharmacy is like that. You need to learn how to scope with all conditions.

At my testing site, we could keep our personal belongings with us, under our desks, and I kept a granola bar in my purse and ate it in the room during the break.

It really depends on the testing center. At mine we were only allowed our IDs and pencils at our desks. Personal items had to stay in the back of the room, but we were allowed to access them during the break but only for food and drink. You are not allowed to access phone or notes during the break.
