I was initially going to re-take the MCAT but decided against it sometime later. I already submitted my application with the intent of retaking it and put the date and everything but have since decided not to retake it. Should I put No in that section and then re-submit? Will this prolong the time for my application to be verified?

I would re-submit, and that should not prolong verification.

If schools receive the app, they will wait on that MCAT, and may defer review of the app until the MCAT score arrives. Your other option, erase your scheduled MCAT from the primary, will allow schools to process your numbers immediately.
