Hey

I want to apply for a job in retail as a pharmacy intern and I was wondering for the resume, how far back do you have to go with your extracurriculars and leadership/awards? Do you go as far back as listing your leadership in high school? What about prominent awards received in middle school?

Thanks

Our Career Center told my class to stick to achievements/awards you've earned in college. No employer cares that you didn't miss a day of middle school or that you were on the Honor Roll in high school.

I'd agree with Brett but with one caveat....If you had involvement during your high school years which was volunteering in a medical type setting or working in a retail type setting....that would be significant to know. No other involvement is relevant that far back.

Good luck!
