Retake a 516?

Got a 516 (132/127/130/127) and am wondering whether to retake. Aiming for a T20/Ivy (may be okay with T30) and also applying MD/PhD. Is it worth retaking and putting the time in when I should be focused on applications?

100% not worth it. Esp for md/phd. Know 2 people who applied md/phd this year with 510 & 512. both interviewed at 8+ places including ivys and t20s. it’s about the rest of your application

I don't think it's worth if you're applying this cycle. If the rest of your application is not stellar/stand-out/strong etc. it could be worth it if you delayed application and applied next cycle - that's a big step, I know, and may not be worth if depending on your experiences/background/etc. I retook a 516/delayed my app and was very happy I did - but to each their own, knowing how strong the rest of their app is.

Definitely do not retake. You have a great score with high sub scores where it matters most.
