Retake Classes

Currently, a senior going to his last semester of college. I got a C- for A and P I lab but an A for the lecture. My question is should I retake A and P I lab since some of the school require the retake? Also, I am going to take A and P II +lab next semester and it is going to be busy + I am going to study PCAT really hard (for retake)? The lab is only a one credit class and doesn't affect my GPA that much. I was thinking about taking an english class to improve my reading and writing skill which are useful in the long run.
