I took the GRE two years ago and got the following score:

1150/640Q/510V/4.0AW

I want to be as competitive as possible, so I'm wondering what you all think?

That looks pretty good to me! Keep in mind that the new GRE has a different scoring system, so if you do retake it, the V and Q scores won't look quite the same. The new GRE scores out of 180 for V and Q instead of 800. AW is still the same.

Thanks for your input. What about with a 3.57 prereq gpa?

A GPA above 3.5 is usually considered "competitive", but always check with the schools you're applying to and see what they want. A good way to see the average GPA of accepted applicants is to go to PTCAS's website and search for your program. On the webpage, select the link under "Directory" that says "list of PT programs", then you can select to search either by programs by state or by name. Select your intended school and on the page (kinda towards the bottom), it usually shows the average GPA for accepted applicants.
