Hi, I just got my 1/23 score back and have to retake one.

My concern is whether I should take in May (score released 6/30) or June (score released 7/23). If I took the May one, I can send the primary for verification in June, and after the score was released, the primary could be sent to schools on 7/3.

If I took the JUNE one------could I submit the primary for verification in late June/early July, and, ideally, the primary would be verified before 7/23, so when the new score is released, I can readily submit it to schools?

How would a 3-week gap make a difference in the reviewing process? Compared to one more mouth's preparation time for new MCAT, is it worth having your primary reviewed 3 weeks later than the earliest possible date?

Submit to a single (throwaway) school on the earliest possible date. Add schools when you have the second score.
