retake question

Hey guys, I searched for this but couldn't seem to find any specific information on it. The University that I attended was on the quarter system and had the Physics classes split into three, each at 5 units. I plan on retaking them at the local CC, but they only offer Physics I and II, with each as 5 semester units. How would I go about replacing the grades for the three classes, since the second of three in my quarter system would theoretically be split between Physics I and II?

My guess is that the whole thing would sort itself out when you list everything on your application. Maybe someone else can offer better advice. Are you a non-trad or is there a reason you're taking retaking these at a CC?
