Hey everyone:
I'm planning to apply this June and was wondering if you think I should re-write the DAT. Here are my scores, and my GPA for an overall picture.

AA: 20
PA: 22

QR: 20
RC: 21
Bio: 20
GC: 21
OC: 19
TC: 20

I have a biochemistry degree from a Canadian university:
BCP: 3.50
Science: 3.53
Non-Science: 3.13
Total: 3.47

All scores are W/O +-

I will also have an MBA by Fall 2011 entrance with an average at least as high as my undergraduate.

So does this look good? Or should I re-write my DATs to possibly get higher scores and to increase my chances? I don't know if the risk of getting lower scores is worth it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I don't know what it's like since you're Canadian, but you only have one score below a 20 and that's a 19... so I would normally say that you'd be in good shape. Have you talked to any schools?

I don't think you need to retake the DAT. Your scores are competitive. It depends on where you want to apply. If you research schools you can see which ones you are most competitive for. Great job and good luck! It feels so good to be done!

i know its harder for canadian candidates to gain admission but your scores are solid.........what resources did you use........if you do plan on re-taking just use more stuff to help you than before like kaplan destroyer and topscore i really dont know wat else to say cuz ur from canada i'd say those are good scores.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. Looks like I'm gonna save my time and money and not retaking it.
azar87: To prepare I simply read the kaplan book. Didn't do much else but it worked out fine.

I dunno. I would ask around more. I know for a US applicant you would be pretty much set; however, there are some canadians running around on sdn that have higher dats/higher gpas and dont get anything.

Look around more.
