I got my score on Jun 22nd and my MCAT is 509 and my CARS is 123. I decided to retake the exam in July but I need to get ready in 3 weeks. I submitted my application on Jun 7th and soon will be verified. Did anyone go through the same situation? how did you get ready for the retake? and how about schools, should I add my retake date to the application or not? will I be too late to submit my new MCAT score in August?

I strongly suggest that you do not retake the MCAT until you are 100% ready, even if it means skipping an application cycle.
The MCAT is a high-stakes career designing exam, that is also an assessment of judgement.
