Retaking and taking higher on DAT

I took the DAT in January and got and 18 AA and PAT so am going to retake it in May. I was told that you could use the higher score of each section from the different tests, but I wasn't sure if this is true since the scores are all sent out electronically anyway. Any clarifications??

Depends on the school. Some take the higher of the two, some take the most recent and some I've heard average.

Where did you hear this? That is 100% false. You don't get to mix and match scores from different sections on different exams.
