I wanted to know how the schools view this. If I plan on retaking 2 classes, I know they will see the old grade, but will they include the new grade into my gpa? I'm not asking that they replace the old grade with the new one, but will they at least take into account the new grade?

DO schools will completely replace the old grade with the new one. MD schools will just see it as 2 grades. So yes, they will definitely take it in to account.

Thanks! Okay now this is probably the dumbest question ever, but I really screwed up badly in one of my years in undergrad. I retook a class but only got a C- in it. Is it worth retaking it a third time? I know it looks terrible, but a 3rd time around might help me out especially now that I'm less busy with work.

If it's a Pre-req, then you're going to have to retake it anyways. If it's not, then I would say move on. It definitely looks bad to have such a low retake grade, but you're stuck with it now. Maybe take an upper division class in the same area to show that you've made up for it.
