Hi all! I took algebra based general physics in my undergrad however i plan on retaking both physics 1&2 at a community college. They offer calc based or algebra based physics, my question is will ptcas accept calc based physics if i decide to take that one? does it matter? thanks!

Nope it does not matter. Honestly, whatever gives you the best chance to get you an A, I would take that course.

Agreed with the post above. Of course they will accept it. Just remember that you will probably have to do more work in calc based physics.

I'd double check that the schools to which you're applying will accept pre-reqs taken at community colleges since not all do.
