Kind of dropped the ball this year, and got C's in upper level sciences (Pchem, etc). Should I retake? I have no other upper level courses to take to make up for this, so I'm considering just retaking these.

Also, should I retake a course I take pass/fail? Assuming I got a pass in it.

Edit: i also graduated.

it depends on your GPA really, if it's solid then there's no reason to retake it. and why would you retake a class you passed for a grade? that's nonsense. find something else to do with your time. beef up your app some other way or just take some new classes for grade.

GPA really tanked. Especially the science GPA. 3.56 -> 3.36. Not good.

The class I took pass/fail does not count in the GPA. If I retake it for a grade, it will count.

Regardless of whether or not it counts in your GPA for your school AMCAS will count both grades. Up to you if you want to retake or you could just takea nother upper div science course. If you retake though i definitely would not retake pass/fail
