Retaking C's

Hello all, I'm new to the forums.

I have a question...I'm sure it's been asked before, but I keep getting different answers, so I'll apply it to my particular situation.

So far my pre-req grades are as such:
Gen Chem 1/Lab: A-/A+
Gen Chem 2/Lab: C/A-
Bio I: C
Ochem 1/Lab: C/A

I'm currently in Ochem 2, Phys and Bio 2.
Ochem 2 should be a B and the rest will most likely be As.
I have C's in three pre-req courses.

What are my options? Does retaking sound like a good idea...or should I just take upper-level Biology classes?

Any opinions are appreciated!

I retook some Cs and am taking upper level classes. You can never be too sure. I'm applying this summer and well see how this goes
