So my situation is a little weird. I live in WA state and when I was in high school, I participated in this dual-credit program where I attended a comm. college and got both college and high school credit.

For my senior year of high school, I took:
Calc 1: 3.8
Calc 2: 3.3
Calc 3: 3.9 (NOT equivalent to Calc 3 at the uni)
Gen chem 1: 4.0
Gen chem 2: 3.3
Gen chem 3: 3.5

I decided to retake the calc series at the university because I seriously felt like I learned squat in comm. college. I was not looking at improving my grades whatsoever. I also "retook" the gen chem series, except this time, I took the honors sequence because I personally equated the gen chem to AP chem in high school, and my university recommended those that scored a 4/5 on the AP exam to take the honors series (and seriously, first day of class, I was in the WTF stage. Had no idea what the prof. was lecturing about!).

1st year at university:
Calc 1: 3.7
Calc 2: 3.9
Calc 3: 3.8
H. gen chem 1: 3.3 (really struggled this quarter)
H. gen chem 2: 3.8
H. gen chem 3: 3.6

I know AADSAS takes all the GPA's, and I'm sure this'll look a bit suspicious to adcoms if and when the time comes. Do you think my explanation will be OK? I retook math purely for enrichment and reinforcing any knowledge I had (because let's face it, comm college =/= university level), and I "retook" the chem series because I wanted a challenge?

I'd accept your explanation. It's not like you had to retake due to non-passing grades.
