QR14😡

I haven't heard anything back this year yet and was wondering what will happen to my old scores if I retake? What if I do worse? What score will schools next year look at? JUst a little imput would be great. Thanks!

Your old scores will stick with you forever and always.

Depending on your GPA you could have a decent shot so don't give up. There are plenty of people with 14 QR with interviews this cycle.

Wait it out and you'll get something.

Due to some classes taken a long time ago my science GPA is 2.8 and overall 3.1. Since I submitted my application i have taken over 40 credit hours which the majority are science. I think by next year my science GPA will be a 3.0 and overall probably 3.2-3.3. If things don't turn out good this year where should I apply next year. ALso, I have tons of research and extra curricular on this app that will transfer for next year.
Any suggestions....

i have similar scores.. plan on retaking but dont withdraw your apps or anything crazy like that.. what schools did you apply to?
The uncertainty sucks, i know i wish i could just now whats up already yes or no!? lol
Apply to same schools I did (look on my predents) minus ASDOH (AZ) unless your a community service addict and UCSF unless a CA resident.

just wait it out and see if you get any interviews, you never know. hopefully you do, if not then i guess it might be a retake fore you. best of luck.

When you send your DAT scores to a school, they get the scores of ALL attempts, not just your most recent. I believe it says this on the ADA website somewhere but I know it must be true because I didn't apply to Stony Brook last year (so I didn't send them my DAT score first time around), but at my interview my improvement on the DAT from my first attempt was brought up.. so when I sent my 'most recent' score to them, they did indeed get the scores from both times I've taken the DAT.
