I took Orgo 1 for the second time in the summer and received a D+. I got a C in the first time around. Am I screwed??? What should I do about this?

DO schools calculate GPA based on the LAST attempt at a class. Thus, you better study up BEFORE retaking and be absolutely sure you'll get an A before signing up for a third time.

Yikes!! Sorry, actually they won't even accept anything less than a C. You should have kept your C; I would have.
