Returning After a Year Off

Due to medical reasons, I was forced to take a year off between my first and second year. I am getting ready to start again this summer and have this overwhelming fear that I won't be able to catch up again. I feel like I have forgotten 90% of the dental stuff and 100% of the science stuff.

Has anyone else gone through this and if so, do you have any advice on getting back up to speed. Thanks!
