What does it mean when schools say they will consider your application before your DAT scores?

Your application is considered incomplete until you have everything in, including your DAT scores. They won't review your application until it's complete.

means they will take a look before DAT scores are in. A lot of schools do this from what I hear, even though some say they don't. It means if your GPA is awesome and other credentials look great, that they will put things in motion for you before you even take the DAT.
