Review book required??

I start FM in one week and so far I have on my list of books to buy Maxwell's Quick Medical Reference and Pharmacopeia. My school does not give us a Shelf exam for FM, so would a review book like Case Files or Blueprints be necessary for me to read throughout the rotation?

Should I get an FM review book even if I don't take the FM Shelf?
