hey guys me and many more r done with usc inter.the experince was good.there were around 140 participants for 32 positions.i was amazed when i heard the name of some countries which i had not heard before.there was a complete diversity.the indians were the highest.there were people from pakistan, middle east, england, korea, china, brazil, venezu.,ukrain, afghanistan, iraq etc....etc....
they did not have a particular personal inter. stuff but there was a problem based learning section where they form a group of 8-10 guys and the discussion takes place among them on a topic given by faculty.
they say that most imp. thing was practical exam.where we had to prepapre class 2, anterior pfm and mod onlay.i think everybody did well with class 2 and pfm but there was confusion on mod onlay .i think overall it was good for everybody.the exam was hactic.4 hrs for 3 preparation.
the school is really good with good patient flow, infrastructure and good faculty .so lets hope for the best and wait for 'THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEN/WOMEN'

HI Pinkindia,

Yes, I agree. USC was fun. I love Los Angeles! Did you get a chance to go around?
I wonder what matters when it comes to the final decision. I heard that the NDBE mark matters the most since the school has a new dean who wants people to bring up the average score of the students for the school, so that USC would have a better name. But then I wonder how helpful PBL will be if they choose people that don't fit the profile for this type of learning.
Anyway, best of luck to everyone. 🙂
