Rework activities/work experience from last application?

I'm sure this question has been addressed but have been unable to find other similar threads.

I'm currently finishing up my application and will be a reapplicant this year.

I have about 13 or so activities that I will be entering including 3 new ones (scribe job, volunteering, shadowing).

Is it necessary to change my activities description for past activities that I had entered in my application from last year? I will definitely be updating a few of them as per the request of some admissions people I spoke with, but what about the other activities. I think I elaborated pretty well last year on most of my activities, but I keep hearing that everything should be different.

If you think you described them fine last time, there is no reason to change it.

If you would like, go to the PS reader thread and ask several people there to see if they can read some of your descriptions. I revised my descriptions according to the feedback that I received. It might be helpful.
