What kind of improvements have you made in your application since you last applied? If you have made no measurable improvements then re-writing or not will not make a measurable difference in the outcome.

Okay, with all those improvements and applying at a much earlier date, you could probably get away with reusing the same secondary answers...if you don't see room to improve them. You might want to touch some of them up a bit here and there, but you shouldn't need a full re-write. Good luck and good job on the improvements!
