Rewriting work/activities

I understand the importance of rewriting the personal statement as a reapplicant.

But what about the work/activities of my application? Especially ones that were completed before my first application (thus I've done nothing new in those activities since my last app).

I'll add in the new things I've done since the first app, but should I also be rewriting previous activities beyond minor editing of grammar and style?

I left anything old the same, I don't think that's a big deal.
