Are these patients universal acceptors of plasma? As RH+ are universal acceptors of rbcs?

Rh- is the universal red cell donor blood that can be given to all patients so by that logic Rh+ can be universal acceptors.
In reality, Rh incompatibility is only of concern in females who are pregnant or plan to have children in the future.
Rh+ antibodies circulating in the blood of an Rh- woman (or men) otherwise have no adverse effects.
