how do these two branches differ in immuno aspect?

rheumatologist also takes care of immunological diseases right?

does AI also involves seeing paeds patient?

Honestly in Rheum u do cover some immunology but the pure immunological stuff like CVID is the domain of an Allergist. Rheumatologists are limited in how much they see pure immunological stuff , they see immunological stuff which is related to their diseases. AI program differ in their focus on patients ie Adult vs Peds but over all u should expect exposure to both. Practically to be competitive in job market u have to be comfortable seeing both adult and kids.
