I'm desperately trying to get out of retail, and I am in the process of working on my resume. My old resume listed Rho Chi and Golden Key National Honor societies. Is this something I should still leave on my resume 10 years later? Or is it no longer relevant? I also wasn't sure if those are lifetime memberships, or something you have to pay dues for periodically. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Resume? Maybe not, since you need to keep it short. But definitely keep everything on your CV.

keep the rho chi...get rid of the golden key. make sure you list all your pharmacy experience. dont worry about resume being long....we are not all that interested in the format rather content and substance are more important as long as you are not typing ur resume on toilet paper.

I was also in rho chi. I agree that you should keep rho chi but not golden key. Being in rho chi shows you are a hard worker or smart or even both!

Thanks so much for the advice! I don't have enough material for a CV, so I am just going to leave the Rho Chi on my resume and ditch the Golden Key. Thanks again!

Very top of the resume. "Your Name, RHO CHI SONZ!!!" (until you get a PHscribbleD there later on)

That's pretty much how I did it...

Rho chi student in my class thought males had vaginal discharge with UTIs...I don't know how smart this person really is

I was a Rho Chi pres so I can say with some authority that membership is lifetime after you pay yout initial induction fee.

My dog was in Golden Key....
