It blows my mind how people keep claiming that classes are full when in the "Withdraw Application-Cancel Interview" thread people are posting everyday that they are withdrawing their apps.
Take Temple for example, everyone is freaking out that their class is full when today people have posted that they have withdrawn their app. And the same goes for NYU. Where are you people getting this information from? Are you just making these claims to make everyone sweat? Obviously, none of us on this forum could truly know if a class is full or not, so unless your dad is the head of the Admissions board at these schools, stop making these false claims!

you do understand that withdrawing an application or cancelling an interview means nothing right? seats open up only when somebody declines an acceptance or refunds their deposit...

Also, those people could have been interviewing for the waiting list. Interview, Application does not equal a spot in the class. Classes may become full, but people also make last minute decisions and spots do become available.

do some research, your confused. these people may be interviewing for the WAITLIST. duh.

It seems from that thread that they're withdrawing applications, interviews, AND occasionally acceptances. I'm sure he/she is just getting nervous and frustrated (like the rest of us)...there's really no reason to be harsh.

I talked to Creighton admissions yesterday and they sent out enough acceptances to be full but they may not be depending on whether the people accept them by February 15th so there is still hope. But I guess they tell people they are "full" just in case they truely are full.

OK, technically, until the first day of class, no school can be considered 100% full. It is possible for a school to call you on the first day of class because someone died or something.

Other then that, a class can be no longer interviewing. They can have all the seats filled with deposits, hence the class is full. Like the above mentioned, if you get an interview and they say its for a waitlist spot, the class is full.

I believe UoP has been full for a while now.

michigan is 80% full (meaning that they have received their deposits) and will only be interviewing till the end of next week.
