I would just follow the Vanguard Target Retirement allocation so:

0-10% in bonds VBTIX, but I'd go 0% for now

30-40% of the stock in international so 30% in VFWSX

The rest in US stock but you only have VIIIX which is the largest 500 companies, and VIEIX which is everything except the largest 500, so you could do them in a ratio of 2:1

46% VIIIX
24% VIEIX

Just pick 9-11% in each of the funds to make up 100% and diversify your portfolio

Bad advice.

30% Vanguard FTSE ex US (international)
30% VIEIX domestic small-mid cap
40% VIIIX S&P 500 large cap
I think Rite Aid has high expense ratio besides their 3 Vanguard funds offering so I would not put money on other funds.

OR

100% target date fund if you want something simple (higher expense ratio).

You also want to take into account your taxable money and look at your portfolio as a whole (401k + taxable money) within your set % on each asset category.

80% VIIIX
20% VIEIX

This approximates the total US stock market index. Very diversified. Extremely low-cost.
