Is Rite-Aid still hiring interns?

How difficult is it to transfer between areas?

Probably depends on the area whether they're hiring.

It's not difficult at all to transfer areas, but I know if I work near my home all summer (as opposed to the ones I work at during the school year near my school), then my place will not be held and I'll be out of a job once I come back.
