I'm fairly sure the topic doesn't matter, but my gut instinct tells me it's

tRNA > rRNA > mRNA

on any strand of mRNA, there may be multiple rRNA's bounded to it, forming a ribozyme. And for each rRNA subunit pair, there are numerous tRNA's floating around to form the peptide.
