Does anyone know the mechanism of this reaction?

1st is grinard rxn which makes R-mgbr -> becomes R with - charge, which act as nuc-

and then....nuc attacks CO2 and forms carboxylate and then protonated with H+ making carboxylic acid

please correct me if i'm wrong!!
