i dont think i can finish the whole set of questions in robbins review of path..
can any1 tell which are the most high yield chapters in this?

Hard to say because the test covers everything. Select the subjects you feel weaker in. Otherwise, Neoplasia and Infectious diseases should be helpful because they cover broad topics, some of which will likely appear on your exam. If you have time toward the end of your study period, take a look at the 'Final Assessment.'
 
Don't forget the injury and inflammation chapters - those are also helpful for immunology, and a good use of time! I agree with the statements about neoplasia and infectious disease as well.

I'd pick the "big" organ systems if I had to - cardio, GI, renal. For some reason my test was very endocrine heavy, so that might be a good use of time. Musculoskeletal isn't very high yield, but there are such a limited number of questions that can/will be asked on Step 1, so that chapter is probably a good idea too!
