I completed all the rock keyhole tutorials on DAT bootcamp but still feel incompetent. Are there better resources out there for rock keyhole practice other than DAT bootcamp?

To answer your question– I only used DAT BC for PAT and I thought it did an excellent job in preparing me for the test. Keep repeating those rock keyhole Q's and focus on getting the hang of viewing them from different angles and approximating lengths, widths, and depths.

But to also give you some words of advice, you'll probably encounter 1 or 2 rock questions on your actual DAT. Don't sweat the small things; your time is probably better spent reviewing other areas of the exam.
