How would you rank Wayne State U, Oklahoma State U and Tufts/NEMC? Im pretty confused and the deadline is less than a week away! Also between Henry Ford and Baystate which is better?

I dunno, where do you want to live? They have different personalities so that is also important (I don't know anything about Ok St U) but you would have a better impression since you (assumedly) interviewed at them.

You can't just ask which program is "better" when there are many many variables and these variables do not apply equally to each individual candidate.

go to the program you can see yourself in for 4 years. That is MOST important.

Im interested in an academic career as a subspecialised anat pathologist. wsu has 3 ap fellowships whereas ok and tufts have none. shd that be a major factor in making my decision?
boston has plenty of other teaching hospitals. it means there will be oppurtunities to attend interhospital conferences, symposia etc. right? shd that make it preferable over the other two?
and yea i guess detroit isnt exactly a charming lil town...

there are usually plenty of fellowships around except for the most competitive ones...i.e. dermpath, gipath, hemepath

you can get a fellowship usually without too much problem from what I hear in anything else.
