Room for trade?

What do you guys think about "trading" rooms.. i.e. if you have an interview in NYC, then i let you stay in my house in return for you letting me stay at yours when i have an interview in your city..

Or should we just keep things simple and rent hotel rooms.. i was checking prices for a room in boston and it looks like its gonna be at least $100, probably more..

what do you guys think.. probably to complicated...
