Roomate needed for North Miami area

I have a 2 bed / 2 bath unit located in north miami. it is a 5 minute drive from Barry university. I am a pre-dental grad student in the 1 year accelerated biomedical sciences program so will be studying most of the time. deposit has been paid so the room is reserved but the lease not signed. My previous roomate was accepted off the waitlist to a dental school at the last minute. i can still back out of this apt if you would prefer to live somewhere else. just looking for another roomate to make living expenses cheaper.
