Im going to Michigan State in the fall (woo!), and am looking to find a roommate! 🙂
Id like to find someone to share a 2 BEDROOM / 2 BATHROOM with me (or alternatively, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom if your budget is a little higher and youd want a study room). If the apartment is such that one bedroom is the master bedroom with attached bathroom, Id be willing to pitch in a little more towards rent to live in that bedroom but Im hoping to find an apartment that is roommate friendly with comparable rooms.
So here are my living preferences:
- I prefer to have a dishwasher! 🙂
- I prefer electric heat (gas prices are just too ridiculous to consider anything else!)
- I cant live with any cats Im mildly allergic to them, and can handle them in a clinical setting and such, but couldnt live with any but well-behaved dogs are okay!
- I have a hedgehog (caged most of the time) and a betta who will be living with us
- I prefer to have a neat living space obviously a little clutter is to be expected with how busy well be, but I like to keep my living space pretty clean
- I would prefer a female roommate
- Im planning on having basic cable and high-speed internet (though the cable is negotiable since I doubt well be watching much TV), so Id like to split the cost with my roommate
- I have a car, so Id want a place that provides parking (preferably free!) and its not important for me to be on the MSU busline since Ill probably drive to campus

Id like to make it up to East Lansing sometime in the next couple months to check out places too, so if youre within driving distance we could check places out together.
