I have furnished rooms for renting in a brand new beautiful~furnished apartment just a few blocks walk from Lutheran Hospital and close to Maimonides as well... And rooms in a beautiful private townhouse in Bay Ridge, easy if you are going to Staten Island as well. Nice restaurants on the area. 2 minutes to get to the Subway. You will love it!
