I also applied to the RF AP program and also know that if you do well in the program, you're basically a shoe-in for med school. i've seen people say you matriculate to RF med while others say chicago med.... do you pick and choose or are they the same thing??

Rosalind Franklin is a new name, the school used to be called Finch. The school changed its name recently. Anyways, Rosalind Franklin is also refered to as CMS or Chicago Medical School which I believe was the original name when the school opened. To answer your question, yes Rosalind Franklin is the same school as Chicago Medical School.
