Hi all!

Question for rossies,

what tips do you guys have to do well on block exams for those that are about to start Ross vet school?

Hi! I’m a 3rd semester Rossie. Definitely keep on top of the material! If you get behind it’s like a bottomless pit. I make Study guides for each class- typed because handwriting takes too long for the amount of material coming at you. I include pictures for some of the classes because pictures of certain things is very testable material. Not only should you be able to explain it, you need to know what it looks like.

After the blocks I go back and mark the important concepts if I hadnt Already marked them- helps HUGELY when it comes to prepping for finals. If you pay attention good enough you’ll know what is important and what is extra info to drive points home.

Definitely reach out to TA’s or tutors. I prefer the tutor route myself. We have ALOT of really passionate students that get a lot of enjoyment out of helping others.

welcome to the fam!
