Hello all,

I'm new here. I just had my interview for Ross yesterday and am fully expecting to get accepted into the January '09 class. I know it's still a while away, but I'm trying to read up on information about rotations. From reading these forums (and the forums at valuemd) it looks like Ross has some issues when it comes to rotations.

From Ross' website it says there are 6 affiliated hospitals that offer all rotations:

  • Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago, IL
  • Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, CA
  • Mercy Medical Center in Janesville, WI
  • Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, OH
  • Synergy Medical Center in Saginaw, MI
  • Princess Margaret Hospital, Dominica, West Indies
Has anyone done all of their rotations at any of these hospitals?
How did you like it?
Do you recommend it?

For those who have finished their rotations:
How many locations did you end up moving to by the time you graduated?
What was the biggest problem you faced during this time?
If you had the chance, would you attempt to get your rotations at one of these hospitals?

Is there really a disparity between hospitals and their rotations? Are some hospitals so much better than others and are worth the extra move?

Thanks.
