Can those who went to the carribean for med school do rotations in PA. Or is it a state that does not allow foriegn med students. If anyone knows please reply. Thanks.

There are a few programs in PA at which SGU students rotated through. These include:

Allegheny General Hospital,
York Hospital,
Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh,
Susquehanna Health System,
Hershey Medical Center,
Wyoming Valley Healthcare
Lehigh Valley Health,
Geisinger Medical,
Warminster Hospital,
Crozer-Chester.

Hope this helps.

Whatever some students have done in the past be very CAREFUL: PA wont give credit to any rotation at a non-affiliated hospital---even if done in PA, or at Famous U. Hospital. Therefore if you do a rotation in PA, dont expect it to count towards your MD in the state. (and some others)
